1) Who we are
F10 provides a marketing operations and analytics platform that helps businesses manage advertising configuration, planning, scheduling, execution, measurement, and reporting across multiple channels (the “Services”). This policy applies to information processed via:

- Connected advertising account integrations and APIs (where enabled)

- Audience planning / reach planning data (if enabled)
- Audit and change logs for actions executed through F10

3) How we use information

We do not share data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes without your consent.
6) Tokens, permissions, and least‑privilege access

- We store access tokens securely and restrict access to authorized systems and personnel
- We use tokens to perform actions you instruct and to retrieve reporting/insight data you authorize
- You can revoke access at any time through the platform’s settings or within F10 account settings
7) Data retention
We retain (with the exception of anonymized and aggregated performance information) this data only as long as necessary for providing the SeWe retain personal information and connected-account data only as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain security and audit logs. Deletion upon account termination

• Authentication and security logs: retained for a limited period for security and compliance.
• Reporting data: retained to support continuity of analytics and customer reporting, subject to your organization’s settings and applicable law.
• Tokens: retained until revoked or no longer needed, then deleted and/or invalidated.
When your F10 account is terminated—whether by you or by your organization—we will delete or de-identify personal information and connected-account data associated with your profile within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain information for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or audit purposes.
After termination, we may retain anonymized and aggregated campaign-performance data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you or your organization, solely for long-term analytics, benchmarking, and product improvement.
8) Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, such as:
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest
- Access controls and role‑based permissions
- Logging/monitoring and incident‑response procedures
- Secure credential and token handling practices
