These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the F10 marketing operations and analytics platform (“F10,” “eF10,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, connecting advertising platforms, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1) The Services
F10 provides tools for advertising configuration, planning, scheduling, execution, measurement, and reporting across multiple channels. Features may include:
- Authentication flows (e.g., Meta Login)
- Connected advertising account integrations
- Campaign configuration and management
- Analytics, insights, and reporting
- Workflow automation and operational tooling
We may update or improve the Services over time. Certain features may require additional permissions or platform authorizations.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. The Services are intended for business use only.
3) Account registration and security
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Ensuring only authorized users access your organization’s account
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or account compromise.
4) Connected platforms and permissions
When you connect third‑party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads), you authorize F10 to:
- Access data you permit through platform APIs
- Perform actions you explicitly instruct
- Retrieve reporting and insights data
You may revoke access at any time through the connected platform’s settings or within F10 (where available). Revocation may disable features that depend on that connection.
You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any connected platforms.
5) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to access data or systems without authorization
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services
- Misuse API access, tokens, or platform permissions
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse or violations of these Terms.
6) Fees and payment (if applicable)
If your use of the Services requires payment:
- Fees will be disclosed at the time of subscription or purchase
- Payments are due according to the billing terms presented
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
All fees are non‑refundable unless required by law.
7) Data handling and privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that:

- Connected‑platform data is handled according to your authorizations
- We retain only anonymized and aggregated performance data after account deletion

F10 retains all rights, title, and interest in:

- Software, interfaces, and APIs
- Documentation and materials
- Branding, trademarks, and logos
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services except as expressly permitted.
9) Service availability and updates
We strive to maintain reliable, secure, and performant Services. However:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
- We may perform maintenance or updates
- Features may change, be added, or be discontinued
We will provide notice of material changes when required.
10) Termination
You may terminate your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse platform permissions or APIs
- Required payments are not made
- We are required to do so by law or platform policy
Upon termination:
- Your account is closed
- All personal and connected‑account data is deleted promptly
- Only anonymized and aggregated performance data is retained

11) Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”
- We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement
- We do not guarantee specific advertising outcomes, performance levels, or campaign results
You use the Services at your own risk.
12) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- F10 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless F10 from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of connected‑platform permissions
- Your organization’s actions or instructions
14) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via:
- Email sent to your registered email address
- Notices displayed within your F10 dashboard
Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
